Harbour House includes nine boat slips and four cabanas. They are not shared amenities and are not included with the purchase of a residence. Each is offered for separate purchase, and purchasing a residence does not convey ownership of, or access to, any boat slip or cabana. Availability, terms, and pricing for boat slips and cabanas are set separately and are subject to change without notice.
