Overwater Deck

Anchored alongside the seawall, the overwater deck steps out over the bay itself — deep sofas gathered around a low table, dining tables for long lunches, and a bar with seating overlooking the water’s edge.
On the far side of the deck lies a launch area. Kayaks and paddleboards slip straight into the bay from a low floating dock, while the boat slips run along the seawall. The result? Morning paddles or an evening drink begin and end in the same place.
